Cheong Liew has been leading The Grange team since 1995 & has been named the "Father of fusion cuisine". Mixing Asian culture, Australian ingredients & classical French techniques, he was one of the first to define his innovative style as 'East meets West'.
The 13 year partnership between The Grange & Cheong Liew has elevated Hilton food to the highest level and Cheong to celebrity status internationally. The Grange at Hilton Adelaide continues to impress with award winning food & service.
