Sonomas of Sandgate has an established reputation with it's locals for its innovative menu. Its essence is modern Italian, but the taste is unashamedly Queensland. Owner / Chef, David Balish, uses only the freshest local produce (including Queensland's best seafood and prime cuts) to create a sumptuous selection to tempt all tastes.
